Undergraduate Teaching Activities

There is no formal program for CADMY, but the center does offer several thematic courses for undergraduates. Building on the success of the popular joint major in Economics and Computer Science, the center supports three new undergraduate economics courses:

  • Economics of Artificial Intelligence and Innovation (Econ 472)
  • Economics of Blockchains (Econ 451a/Econ 451b)
  • Economics and Computation (Econ 425)

The center also supports the Economics and Mathematics joint major, which is geared towards students with a strong interest in both subjects and who may pursue a graduate degree.

Graduate Teaching Activities

The center also supports the Computational Methods in Economics (ECON 561) course for the Economics graduate program.

You can find detailed field descriptions or more information on applying to the program via the Economics PhD website.
